What we are seeing coming out of the pandemic are common themes around equitable access to Social Emotional and Academic engagement in building resiliency for students to navigate the changing nature of work and how this work drives teacher retention and recruitment. An educator with 35 years of experience as a classroom teacher and Professional Development leader, Denise is passionate about sharing ideas and practices that will positively impact ALL students. As a Solution Architect, she partners with districts to design strategic implementations of intentional play that help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their futures. When she is not working with amazing educational leaders across the country, you can find her on her mountain bike, on some skis or hiking some amazing trails.
