Who are the leaders in your school/district? What informs your leadership focus? How do you identify leverage points to accelerate your vision for improvement in your system?
Join us to contemplate these questions as you hear the story of a district leader whose vision for equity set the course for a 3-year journey to support leadership development at all levels across her district. Using the EL Roadmap, AUSD LCAP and Master Plan for English Learners as a guide, leaders across the district can now articulate their instructional vision and equity ideal for English Learners.  This partnership journey continues as we work to implement high impact strategies and routines that improve outcomes for students, families and staff in East Salinas.
